  There are three ways to contact Mark. Also understand that there is only one person providing support and he lives in the UK.

  (1) On the front of your blog on the left hand side you will find a drop down menu click “contact support” and type in the details.

  (2) On the admin side of your blog you will find a feedback button on the top right hnad corner click it and a pane will open where you can type in your message.

  (3) You can send and email to support at wordpress dot com {email address munged here to deter spam bots}.

  I apologize for not being able to help you. I also want to assure you that although Mark may take some time to get to you he will not bite your head off.
