Blogroll links in side panel help

  The side link panel containing a blogroll link to my forum on a different website will not under any circumstances and on any browser open in a new tab, it always loads in the current page.

  I have checked the _blank box and have all my settings on the page to open in new tab.

  Confused?!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Were you able to figure this out? I see that it is now opening up in a new tab.
