blogroll not showing

  Help, i’m really frustrated as i’m very new to this. i can’t get the blogs i want to add to show. i followed the directions, but…nothing. here they are: http://robingerber.wordpress.com/wp-admin/link-manager.php
  what am i doing wrong?!

  Every link you enter into your Blogroll must be assigned to a category and, the Links widget must be placed in your sidebar in order for the links that you entered into your Blogroll to display.
