Blogroll page with preview of latest article

  I am working on a new website and I would like to have the blogroll on an individual page instead of as a widget in the sidebar.

  Additionally, instead of just a list with links to the blogs, I would like for every link in the blogroll to have a preview of the latest post of this blog displayed on the page. Can I do that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
