  how do i add blogs to the blogroll?
  and can i add blogs that aren’t from wordpress?

  In your dashboard scroll down to “links”. Its on the left hand side.
  if you click on the little arrow you will see “add new”.

  You can add any site/blogs/pages. they don’t have to be wordpress.
