Blogroll takes people to other sites but my url name stays??

I have a blogroll and when I click on each one of the listed blogs I get taken to them. So, no problem there.
What I don’t understand is that when I’m on my blog’s wordpress address (http://questionof.wordpress.com) the url changes as it should (to the other websites url). But when I’m on my blog’s “domain address” (http://www.questionof.com), the url doesn’t change. When I click on a blog from the blogroll, I get taken there, but the url stays http://www.questionof.com.
Is this normal??The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

No it is not. Contact staff about this issue: http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ .

It’s cause by the iframe domain redirection service you are using (neodomaine.com I think). You’ll need to contact them about it. iframe redirection has several shortcomings, and this is one of them.
It won’t happen if you use your real blog URL, which is http://questionof.wordpress.com/
