Blogroll Update

I have been a faithful user of wordpress for more than a year yet I can’t stop feeling envious of the features that they have in Blogspot.com that are not available here in wordpress.
My suggestion would be, just to make everyone happy here in wordpress, why not we start having a Blogroll Update like what they have in Blogspot.
I find this very useful as we are given immediate notice when other blogs in our blogroll are updated.I hope wordpress would take this suggestion in consideration so that people would not be running away to Blogspot(like most of my friends are doing).
Keep up the good work, wordpress.

The Blogroll cache is way out od date. Is it possible do something that will casue it to update the latest version of a web site. The one that shows on one of my links is over two months old.

I’ve just moved in from blogspot. I’m attracted to the new commenting threading system. But my blogroll is static. I really wish that it could update itself just like in blogspot. I have to keep my blogspot so that I know whenever my friends update their blogs.
