Blogroll Widget — Please Help!

  What I am looking for is a turnkey widget that allows
  folks to dynamically create and update a blogroll, share that blogroll with
  others and enable others to embed the blogroll on their site.

  Do you know of anything like this? Can the WordPress blogroll be used for something like this? I appreciate your help!

  No, there’s nothing at wordpress.com that does that.
