Blogroll…don't get it

  I thought this would be a feature that lets me have links on my sidebar to other sites that are relevant to me. I typed in the URL of such a site and added the feature to my blog, and instead all I get is a list for WordPress-related help site: Discuss, Get Inspired, Get Support, Learn WordPress.com. I want to have links to other classical music and piano sites. How do I achieve this? Thanks.

  To create your Blogroll use these instructions and do note you can delete those existing links. Note also that each link must be assigned to a Category. To display your Blogroll links install the Links widget in your sidebar.

  Is there any widget that can be set to add sites to our blogroll ‘with one click’ ?
