Blogroll/Links
-
I am stumped. I’ve read forum articles and I just cannot figure this out. I believe that my blogroll is really a list of my links. I have my links set up into two different categories: blogs & authors. My blogroll is so long that I want to add a scroll bar. I tried this forum support, but it did not help: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/anyway-to-add-scrollbars-to-blogroll-widget-in-sandbox?replies=21. To place my links (blogroll) in my sidebar, I am using the standard “Links” widget that comes in the WordPress program. I’ve also been given this code, which does not work:
/***** BLOGROLL ******/
#linkcat-2 {
height:950px;
overflow:auto;
padding:2px;
}Is it that I need to have a different type of blogroll widget that is more customizable? Because, when I tried to modify the lists formatting for the sidebar, it was a mess!
Thanks.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The site linked to your name is not a wordpress.com blog. Are you asking about a wp.COM blog?
Or do you have a self-hosted blog/site using wordpress software?

Sorry, you are in the wrong forum and need to head over to http://wordpress.ORG/support/ as the blog linked to your username is self-hosted and self-hosted wordpress blogs using the software from wordpress.ORG are supported there.
These forums are for those hosted here on the wordpress.COM free hosting service and things here work differently and our answers typically will not work for you.
If you do not know the difference, see this sticky thread from the top of the forums: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/please-read-me-first-before-posting?replies=1 .
