Hi,
There are no published posts on the site https://santiagoespinosaportfolio.wordpress.com. If you have unpublished posts (in draft or pending status), then they may be deleted as described in the Deleting and Restoring Posts section of the Edit Posts Screen support page, and the Permanently Deleting a Post or Page section of the Trash support page.
but all the templates are mainly focused on blogs.
Regardless of the theme (template), you may display a static page on the front page as described in the Set a Static “Home” Page (Front Page) support page.
Even if you have blogs (posts) published it is unnecessary to provide a link to the blog page in a custom menu.

Every theme has a detailed theme description page and like this one at https://wordpress.com/theme/canard and that’s where set up instructions for it and the live demo site link is found.
A blog is a website. The difference between blog and website is simply structure and semantics.
A blog is a post based website designed for interactive communication. As the posts are frequently updated and appear on the front page of the site it’s very attractive to search engines.
What most people call a website is merely a page based site that functions as a one-way noticeboard. As the structure is page based and as pages are for static content that rarely changes, and as pages do not have RSS feeds, and as others do not backlink to pages, it is not as attractive to search engines as a post based blog structured site is.
Any WordPress blog can be restructured from being page based to being post based – no upgrade required. For greater clarity read >
