  I have changed my blogs address from the first one I started with, and now when someone tries to search my blog name it comes up the old one and says that the site has been deleted. Is there a way that my old blog address can be removed and the new one active?

  Please try to change your privacy settings of your site and choose to “discourage search engines from indexing your page”. Information on how to do that is in this link

  In the above link it tells you how you can even request google to remove you from their indexing.

  You need to wait until your results drop in the search engine. There is nothing we can do. You may request a Google remove a website from their index through the website removal request tool.
