blogs. I created one set of blogs on the account @consumerpage, and another blog on a different set

Please help. I run a number of blogs. I created one set of blogs on the account @consumerpage (which was for clients), and another blog on a different set of access codes, which was personal. Now, I can’t access the new blog, it keeps taking me back to the @consumerpage blogs. I don’t know how to access the new blog!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Your username links to a deleted website, https://consumerpage.wordpress.com/. It’s not clear what you are referrring to as @consumerpage. Is that a website? More importantly, is it a WordPress.com website? If so what is the URL?

I created one set of blogs on the account @consumerpage…
By “@consumerpage,” I guess you mean the account with the username consumerpage.

Now, I can’t access the new blog, it keeps taking me back to the @consumerpage blogs.
Is the “new blog” in a separate account? You said, “and another blog on a different set of access codes…”
I’ve tagged the topic for staff attention.

Thank you for the reply. Perhaps the best way to solve this is to approach this from a different direction. I have a wordpress blog https://catsofdurban.wordpress.com/. I cannot access the admin page of this blog because WordPress does not acknowledge either my e-mail address or my password, and keeps referring me back to those deleted blogs at the consumerpage account. How can I get back into this blog, so that I can work on it?

Hi there,
The blog at https://catsofdurban.wordpress.com/ is owned by a different WordPress.com account, not linked to your username consumerpage or the email address linked to consumerpage.
If you can’t remember the email address or username you used to create that blog, you’ll need to follow the steps in our Account Recovery guide to regain access to that account. You can fill out the recovery form mentioned in that guide, and our team will get back to you privately with more details about your options for that.

Thank you for this reply. I have tried the Account Recover guide, but it asks for various pieces of information that I do not have. The problem stems from a computer crash, that required me to reload my programmes. Up till then, my e-mail and passwords were automatically generated, so all I had to do was click the log-in button. After the crash, I had to re-enter all my passwords, and that was when I discovered that the Cats of Durban password does not work. What is puzzling me, is that I only have three e-mail addresses, and none of them work on this account, so I am at a loss to know which e-mail address to use. I would really appreciate some help on this, as my blog is getting out of date and badly needs updating….
Thanks,
Niki -
PS – What might help, is that my (email visible only to moderators and staff) address is on the website itself, which might help if you need to authenticate my ownership of this site.

Hi Niki,
The email address you mentioned isn’t linked to the account that owns that blog, so it can’t be used to verify ownership of the site. However, I’m sending you an email (to the email address linked to your username consumerpage) with more details about what information can be used to regain access to that account. Please let me know if you don’t get that email from me.
