blogs I follow

I wonder if it’s possible to copy my ‘blogs I follow’ list. I’ve had a new follower, when I went to her blog she had a ‘blogs I follow’ widget there with exactly the same blogs in the same order I followed them. I don’t have and never had such a widget on any of my blogs. I contacted her and she has now changed the list but I made a screenshot of the old one, just in case.
My questions are:
1. Is the ‘blogs I follow’ list public, somewhere where I’m not yet aware of?
2. Or is it a bug? Maybe not, I logged in under another user name and got the same (old) list.
3. Or could my account have been hacked?

Me again. My new follower now told me she didn’t change her list actively, it had remained untouched for a couple of days since she followed me and other people and she had only logged in after I contacted her. Maybe this is a bug, then?
