    Every Saturday night I get dozens of emails from all the blogs I follow. Yesterday I got none. I wonder if anyone can tell me what has happened? Thanks.

    The site I need help with is lifeincamelot.wordpress.com.

    — Weekly digest for Pics by Kaz, on July 3, 2021
    — Weekly digest for Exploring the epiphany, on July 3, 2021
    — Weekly digest for By Hook Or By Book, on July 3, 2021
    — Weekly digest for Best regards from far,, on July 3, 2021
    — Weekly digest for Oh, the Places We See . . ., on July 3, 2021
    — Weekly digest for His Master’s Review, on July 3, 2021

    If those items do not show up in your @bigpond.com.au inbox, what if you use the search function to see if you are able to find them that way. Possibly they are getting marked as spam? Thanks for the additional info!

    Thanks for that Jerry but I checked the spam folder and nothing there.
    It does seem very odd that it is the first Saturday night that I haven’t received the emails with the blogs.

    Hi there,

    That is odd indeed. Our logs show that the delivery of all of those emails was successful. Is there another filter on your email (besides spam) where emails may end up in? I’m not familiar with the email service you’re using so I’m not sure where it may end up. For example, Gmail has Promotions/Socials tab where sometimes emails can end up in. Do you have something similar where you can check?

    Thanks staff member. I apologise for delay in responding – I’ve been away

    I don’t have any filters on my emails that I’ve ever encountered in the past.
    It seems that the emails I follow have ceased coming in as another weekend has passed without any sign of them.
    And I haven’t made any adjustments to my WordPress account either. It’s quite a dilemma.

    I’d appreciate any suggestions anyone has for me to receive the blog emails again.

    Hi there,

    I know with Gmail, I can sometimes find an email through its search feature whenever I cannot find it in the Inbox. As staff-totoro mentioned, have you tried typing in the names of any of those posts in @bigpond.com.au search feature to see if any of the email shows?

    Spam, a filter, or for some reason finding it in the search are usually the top three solutions to this particular issue – but, I am looking into further for you, as it you mentioned that there are no filters on your email.

    However, let me know if you find anything.

    Thanks Darnell. It remains a mystery. Another Saturday night has passed without any of the blog posts coming in.

    @lifeincamelot have you tried contacting your mail provider to see if they’re filtering those for some reason? I wonder if the fact that they come in bulk as a weekly digest is triggering something on their end.

    You could also try changing the email address here to an address with a different service:
    https://wordpress.com/me/account

    You’d need to confirm the change. Then, confirm whether your subscriptions come through there.
