Blogs I Follow are Clogging my Email Account

    When I choose blogs to follow via WordPress, I just read them on my Reader option. However, since 2016, they’re on my email feed too, and it’s too much for my email to take. Isn’t there an option when ‘following’ a blogger to not have it also go to one’s email? Help! Thanks! A Techno-illiterate blogger
