  how do i delete one item in the list of blogs in the Blogs I Follow widget?

  The very 1st blog on the list is my blog, Jungle Jim, which I accidently put on the list. I want to remove it from the list and be able to remove any others from the list in the future. I very much appreciate your help with this. Jim
