Blogs I follow will not load on Reader

  When I go to my Reader to visit the blogs I follow it won’t load them for viewing?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you are not running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ please try upgrading or switching first.

  Note: If you are using an IE9 browser in compatibility mode that makes it render as IE7 and IE7 is not supported. To disable see > http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1196-internet-explorer-compatibility-view-turn-off.html

  If you are running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com please do these four things:

  1. Try clearing your browser’s cache:

  http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050

  2. Make sure that you have third-party cookies enabled: http://en.support.wordpress.com/third-party-cookies/

  3. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.

  4. Try enabling HTTPS: http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/

  If it’s still happening, let us know which browser (and version of it) you’re using by checking here if necessary http://www.whatbrowser.org/ and also post any error reports you get.

  I am using IMAC OS X 10.5.8, and Safari 5.0.6. Everything was fine until about 3 months, ago.

  I have not been able to access “Reader,” or “Blogs I Follow.” I have cleared the cache, enabled third party cookies, updated Flash Player, etc. Nothing has worked. The problem could be my browser.

  I also checked adding another browser – Chrome or Firefox, but my IMAC OS X 10.5.8 needs to be updated in order to install these browsers.

  Does anyone have any suggestions?

  I haven’t been able to load my Reader now for six weeks or more and I’ve done everything I’ve been told to do to try to remedy the situation.

  This is a problem and really hampers my ability to connect with others.

  I’m also having formatting problems when I draft entries…the centering option doesn’t work and I’m getting frustrated with the whole process.
  Argh…. help, please…

  @ancientlibrarian: thank you for reaching out to us. Your Reader appears correctly in the latest versions of Safari (6.0.2) and Firefox (17.0.1). Could you please let me know what you see on this page: http://wordpress.com/#!/read/following/ – is it blank? A screenshot would help, if you could upload one to your Media Library for me to take a look at.

  Also, can you see the information displayed at other tabs of your homepage, e.g. here: http://wordpress.com/#!/my-stats/ ?
