Blogs I subscribe to in my blog?

Hey everyone. So I was able to see, using other blogging sites, that one can have a “widget” that shows other blogs that s/he subscribes to and basically links interested users directly to that specific blog. This way others can read [blogs that I deem] related to mine.
Now I know I can subscribe to others’ blogs and it’ll show up in my dashboard, but is there any way I can put this on my blog widget area or anywhere on my blog so others can link directly to other blogs?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Yes, just use the RSS widget and put their feed address in there. You’ll need one widget per blog you want to display.

I am a newly active member reading thru the forums to get myself used to things here on WP, so my comment is actually more of question than an answer.
Doesn’t the ‘blogroll’ (aka links) widget do what is being asked about?

@countrycinderella – yes it should, just call it something other than “blog roll.” A text widget should also be able to do the same thing.
