Blog's link blocked on Facebook and Instagram because it's deemed malicious

Since more than one week, Facebook has been blocking the link to my wordpress.com blog saying it’s a malicious link. My post are not publishing directly on the Facebook page of my blog and even previously published posts have disappeared from my Facebook page timeline (Every post containing the link to my blog). I can’t go to my blog directly by clicking its link on my Facebook page because it is deemed malicious.
Moreover, the link to my blog has been blocked on Instagram as well. I’m unable to post or like any post on Instagram.
Please help.
