  I stated katchisblog and it got deleted and i would like to start a new blog with the same name but it is not letting me do it. what can i do? thanks

  Sorry but deleting any .wordpress.com blog URL is not easily done and what you ask to do is not possible. Deletion is permanent and irreversible just like all t warnings said. Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made.

  You can register another .wordpress.com blog http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/

  Then if you wish to you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade because it does not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is when you are domain mapping.
