Blogs no longer being sent to subscribers

  Thank you for taking the time to address this matter.
  Usually, when we publish a blog post, every post goes out to our subscribers. The past few posts have not gone out to our email subscribers and we are not sure why. We have not changed any settings and want to find out how to resolve this issue. Our site is http://www.thebodyfulmind.com.

  Followers manage their own subscriptions and specify the frequency of receipt of posts from sites they follow.

  See what Staff said here please:

  Ask them to click the “manage subscriptions” link at the bottom of one of the old emails. Then on the webpage that appears, click on “settings” and make sure that “block all emails from WordPress.com” is not checked. https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/email-to-my-followers-stopped?replies=5#post-2552242

  Other checks your followers can make include:
  looking in their email client spam filters;
  and, if they use gmail or google apps they can consult these guides:

  If they are not successful, they will need to login and communicate with Staff in this thread. We type modlook into the sidebar tags on threads for Staff help.   Thank you for your response… Is it not merely one subscriber but every single one including me, who did not unsubscribe from the blog posts. I can see all of our subscribers listed though the posts are no longer going out to them. How can we address this issue?

  Hi there,

  Of which posts are you speaking? The last post on http://thebodyfulmind.com/ was published on 21 February. Our email notification logs don’t go back that far, so I can’t check if emails were sent out for a post that long ago.

  If it again doesn’t go out with your next post, please let me know immediately so I can check the logs while there should be something in it.

  For what it’s worth, I checked the email addresses for both the usernames you used to post here, and neither of them are subscribed to email notifications from your site.
