Blogs not appearing on reader, Hosting & domain @ go daddy

Hello,
I am pulling my hair out here. I have finally got my website up running, only to find out that my posts are not appearing on the main wordpress reader!
I previously was getting a ton of hits on the wordpress reader, however when i switched to godaddy hosting my pages don’t appear. Today i finally got jetpack working, which i assumed was the “portal” if you will to the wordpress site, and added my client ID and password from the develop resource as it requested… But i was disappointed to see this was not working either.
I am open to any input, i am clearly in over my head!The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The public topic pages in the WordPress reader only lists sites hosted on WordPress.com.

I found a post that lists some sites that accept blog submissions, you could try using some of these to increase traffic to your blog.

However, your posts will not appear in the public topic Pages of the Reader. These only list WordPress.com sites.
@keith – this is three out of three thread that have partial answers or inaccurate answers – that is not being helpful to the OP

How is this partial answer or any different than:
