  Hi
  I want to read blogs of others on wordpress, but don’t know where to start.
  Could anyone tell me if there is a place where lists out all the blogs, or at least dozens of interesting blogs?

  In the Off Topic forum there’s a thread called What Did You Post in Your Blog Today and you can cruse through there and find posts that interest you.
