  So I published my blogs already and I made sure to click the right categories where it belongs. However when I checked my site it didn’t show up under the submenu, only on the main menu. How to fix this?

  What menu on your blog did you want to be a submenu? You need to make sure that the sub category is correctly nested beneath the main category:
