Blog's time

  I would like to know how to change the time of my blog. For example, now it’s 23:55h on Brazil, but my blog displays 2:55. It’s ahead 3 hours, i don’t how to change to Brazil’s time.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
