BLOGS wont show up on internet?

Yes, i know I can type in my blog address and look at my blog.. They are no where on the internet when i do searches? I have looked on the support forums (Very painful experience) some of my blogs don’t even show up in WordPress?
This experience seems pointless. My posts wont thread.
Anyone have any idea what the problem is with WORDPRESS?

Your blog is not indexed by Google.
How do I change this? I mean they are the biggest search engine..

Bill Gates’s own blog isn’t yet indexed by Bing. It takes at least few days of posting, sometimes a few weeks.
