blogs you can't block in the reader

  in the photos topic a blog keeps appearing called
  Share Your Photos With Your Friends
  and it is really annoying, moving pictures all the time, and it is distracting and I find it hard to look at the other blogs,
  it doesn’t seem to have that little thing at the end of the blog name so you can block it, why?
