blog/website files

The first time I stumbled across wordpress, it involved downloading a folder of website files that could then be edited, hosted and set up as a website.
Because I needed a site up quickly though, I bought a domain through wordpress and have created a blog through it, working on my bought domain. No download was needed and no tweaking with any code.

Now I want to know if there is anyway to access the files relating to my site,
or whether my blog files were downloaded without me knowing,
or I have dug a hole where I cannot edit anything specifically short of a css editor…

It’s frustrating when I read pages describing how others change their website through code, yet I can’t find the files described anywhere…

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi. First and foremost, you need to familiarize yourself with the difference between WordPress.com (which is already installed and hosted) and WordPress.org (which you download and install on your own server):

    WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org
