Blok Auto renewal without my knowledge

    Hi there,
    I just received an email from my credit card company stating that I was charged $48 for an auto renewal of a blog I started a year ago. I was under the impression that this blog was not going to Auto renew. I never got an email or other type of notification stating that I would have an upcoming charge. I would like to dispute this charge and request a refund. please let me know what it is that I can do to move forward with this request. Thank you.

    Hi there,

    If you are within the refund period, head to your Manage Purchases page

    Find & select Cancel and Refund option on the purchase you made.
