Bloom Plugin not working

    I am new to WordPress. When developing my site from WordPress off my Openhost hosting account, when I uploaded the site I was working on from the Dashboard, it looked great on my PC. But when I opened it on another device, it opened to another page which had my logo & a weird looking contact form.

    When I deactivated the Bloom Plugin, it worked perfectly, except the contact form on the site doesn’t work. It seems there is a problem with the Bloom plugin.

    How do I fix this please?
