Blossom theme looks horrid on phone
-
Hi everyone, I’ve been trying to get some help from blossom theme over email and they’re not getting back to me in a timely way. It’s been a week now and I need this website up and running. Please help!
My theme looks ok on a desktop but horrid on a phone.
1. Is there a way to change the phone menu bar so that it’s white with black lines? A bit of CSS? I don’t know coding so wouldn’t know what this would be.
2. The background image isn’t fitting the page, it’s too big. I was wondering about uploading a resized imaged, don’t know if I can do this just for a phone, but do you know what size this should be?
3. I’ve edited the service pages in elementor using one of their template downloads (pages are therapy, therapy for therapists, CFT supervision), and they have lots of extra white space that I can’t delete. I’m still working out how to reformat the header images – have resized it for a phone on the header image but now the title box is down at the bottom. Any ideas?
I’m so frustrated at these little things that make a big difference!
Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi there:
We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re unable to provide support. But I can get you pointed in the right direction.
If you’re having theme trouble, the best place to go to is the theme developer themselves. But since they’re not being responsive, I would recommend you reach out to the WordPress community for guidance:
https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting
The folks in the open-source forum are more familiar with these issues and are in the best position to help.
I hope this points you in the right direction.
