blovk editing of pages

  I have posted a descriptive line on a header page.

  The program seems to have an online capability for anyone to edit this. How do I prevent this from happening?

  If so, the tagline “news and views” etc. can not be changed by others. Only you and/or other administrators can do that. Visitors to your blog don’t have the same blue bar on top that you do and if they’re not logged in to WordPress, they have no blue bar at all.
