    So I can not get a podcast plugin if I do not have a subscription to the business plan?

    Hello,

    Yes; in order to install plugin, you will need a subscription to Business plan. You can, however, install wordpress.org and host it somewhere else (e.g. GoDaddy or any other hosting services) — and you can install plugin in that way.

    If you decided to use wordpress.org, you can go to their respective forum (as this forum is solely for wordpress.com websites) and get supports and insightful inputs from there.
