Blue Arrows over the original white ones

    I am using Hervin theme and just some times there is blue arrows over the white ones that should be there. Below is an example

    I tried to hide it with this css code:

    next-wrap.parallax-wrap{
        display: none !important
    }

    prev-wrap.parallax-wrap{
        display: none !important
    }

    But no! its back. And only sometimes and when i hit refresh it goes away.

    I also sometimes have layout problems and when i hit refresh it also goes away. What could this problem be?
