  Cannot login into my Bluehost builder to build and customise my website

  We can’t help you as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform. You must contact Bluehost support to solve this problem.

  Hi,
  Thanks for writing, sorry to hear the cannot-log-in concern.
  This is wordpress.com forums specifically so you may need to use another channel, depending on the symptom and depending on the log in method. (see below for details)
  There are some layers, and some different login methods, here including 1.) self-hosted WordPress, and 2.) Bluehost Builder, and 3.) Jetpack plugin.

  But to make sure of the concern, what are some more specifics please — here are some questions you can ask yourself (or ask back here for a possible sounding board) in order to tell further:
  * What specific method did you use to try to log in?
  * And then what specific cannot-login block did you meet?

  The answer to these questions may reveal more whether you would troubleshoot further within your self-hosted WordPress installation, vs. inside your Bluehost tool, vs. inside your Jetpack plugin, vs. other.
