  I’m not sure if I need to purchase the premium as I already have a bluehost subscription? Do I need both can you advice?

  Hi there,

  You can only purchase a Premium plan if you have a WordPress.com site. There are currently no sites associated with the WordPress.com account you are logged in to.

  If you already have a Bluehost subscription, then that suggests you have a self hosted WordPress.org site, not a WordPress.com site. The differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org are explained here:

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  Without a WordPress.com site, there is no need to purchase a Premium plan.

  If you are logged in with the username account that purchased the WordPressdotcom Premium plan, and are within the refund window, you can follow the directions in this support guide to initiate the refund. https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/

  In order to provide you with a refund, I need to know which site the plan was purchased for, or the account you purchased it with.

  There are no purchases on your philtheloaf account, so there is nothing for me to refund.
