Hi there,
The WordPress.com account is totally different from the one of Bluehost.
However, if you want to deactivate your WordPress.com account, the following URL should help you.
Deleting Accounts

Thanks for getting back to me!! So I got an email after I created my account with bluehost that gave me a log in with a username and password to WordPress. I should log into that one right?
-
No problem :)
I guess you have a self-hosted site with WordPress.org on Bluehost. Am I correct? That account should not be associated with your WordPress.com account you are using right now to post your query here.

Yes. If you remember your username and password for that account, go for it and login :)
If you have further questions, please let me know anytime.
Thanks.

I’m under the impression that bluehost set up an account for me when I signed up. Does that sound correct? Does it matter at all? Should I just use the account I’m using right now to host? And just forget about the other one?
Thank you -
Do you mind telling me the URL of your site which is hosted by Bluehost? I can take a closer look.
-
Sure! Keep in mind I just started it today so it’s empty and has no information on it.
thevtgoodlife.com
But I also registered that URL on this account too. -
Thank you, @esev56!!
If you access to http://thevtgoodlife.com/wp-admin, you can see the login page like this: https://cloudup.com/clA6qBNEomG.
This means that you have a self-hosted site with WordPress.org. Since the account of @esev56 is a WordPress.com account, so it’s totally different from the account of thevtgoodlife.com. You remember the username and password for the account of thevtgoodlife.com right? Then, just go for it :)
If you are not familiar with the difference about between WordPress.com and WordPress.org, the following support page helps your understanding.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org
https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/I hope I’m clear enough.
Thanks,

Thanks so much! That helps a lot! I’m still a little confused on the difference between the two but I’ll read up on it. Should I use both sites or just .org one?
-
You are very welcome :)
Should I use both sites or just .org one?
Since you have .org site with Bluehost now, I think you don’t need your .com site unless you are planning to run two sites.
