Ok ..First off let me start by saying I am new at computer stuff so don’t know what I’m doing. What I would like is for my site to be connected to my blue host account…and how do I become WordPress.org?

The Jetpack plugin you have installed on that site creates a connection to WordPress.com, which is why you can access it through your account here.
In short, you are already using WordPress.org for this site so there are no changes you need to make in order to do that :)
Is there another site you want to host through Bluehost?
