Hello there!
As mentioned your site is hosted with a third-party Registrar. Here in this forum we only provide support for sites that are hosted in WordPress.com only. As your site is hosted somewhere else please create a ticket here in https://wordpress.org/support/ and get help there.

Hi there,
> whenever I press customise in wordpress the page keeps loading, how can I edit in wordpress?
Do you mean when you go to My Site ->Appearance ->Customize here on WordPress.com, or when you go to Appearance ->Customize directly in the WP-Admin dashboard?
2. And what themes go well with bluehost website builder?
3. Also, in bluehost, how can I find premade themes? Please contact Bluehost support directly for help with these questions. WordPress.com is a completely different company from Bluehost, and we cannot help you with products that they’ve made. In this case the WordPress.org forums suggested above also won’t be able to help, as your questions aren’t about the open source WordPress software, but about products offered specifically by Bluehost.
4. Why does WordPress display my site as http://box5686.temp.domains and not by the domain name I chose, is it just temporary?
Just a quick clarification: WordPress is the name of the software installed on your server at Bluehost. That software is made by a community of volunteers on WordPress.org.
The forum you’re posting in now is for WordPress.com. We’re a hosting provider like Bluehost, and not the same thing as the WordPress software I mentioned above. Your site is not hosted with us, but it is connected here via a plugin called Jetpack, which was installed automatically as part of your hosting plan with Bluehost. That plugin causes your site to be listed under your WordPress.com account.
If you’re speaking of the domain here on our end, on WordPress.com, that shows the domain that was active when you first connected the Jetpack plugin. To update that, log into your WP-Admin dashboard and disconnect and reconnect Jetpack:
If you’re speaking of the domain you see when you view your site itself in a browser, that’s controlled on Bluehost’s end, so you’ll need to contact their support for help updating that.
