Bluehost Database “Missing” and replaced with a inactive website database
-
Hello, a bit of a lengthy post but it’s an extensive situation that I’ll just try to hit the key points. I run my wordpress site thru bluehost and recently my website went down. Naturally, I contacted them to restore my website but, upon them restoring it, the website no longer reflected any updates I’d made to it since 2021
Naturally, I tried to troubleshoot with their support team who then proceeded to make things progressively worse. Initially my website went back down and it currently has been completely replaced with content from another inactive domain/website that I stopped using back in 2017?? Their support team is now saying that they can’t find any record of my actual site’s database and can’t restore it. Unfortunately, other than a .sql file I don’t have any other local backups of my website.
I see some of the 2021 files and posts are still accessible on the WordPress app on my phone and I was wondering if there’s a way I can at least still gain access to that version of my website so I don’t lose everything? Any help would be appreciated

After 3 days of calls and “documented email escalations” it seems like they were at least able to find the 2021 version of my website.
