Bluehost for WordPress pricing vs WordPress bundle

I was looking at http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and later at http://www.bluehost.com/cgi/info/wordpress. Then, I looked at the wordpress bundle, by clicking the “Upgrade to Pro” button, where it mentions that it’s 99 dollars for a year subscription.
Is it possible to upgrade from miskalazri.wordpress.com to miskalazri.com THEN host it at Bluehost?

Yes but you don’t need all the value bundle just to do that – just the domain name – you can map the domain name to your blog here – if you leave you can purchase the site redirect to send traffic to your new site

The vlaue bundle includes upgrades that can only be used on blogs hosted here by WordPress.com. It makes no sense to purchase as bundle if you intent to move to a WordPress.org install. However, each upgrade can be individually purchased. You can purchase a domain name via a domain mapping upgrade.

Or does WordPress host it for you for that 18/year payment?

Hosting on WordPress.COM is free – if you stay here you would need to purchase a domain name then purchase domain mapping so when people visit your site they see your new domain name not one with “wordpress.com” in it.
You need hosting only if you leave WordPress.COM with your blog
