I’ve been trying to connect my suppliers plugin to my website and i simply can’t figure it out. Now that its hosted by bluehost, they dont even know about an API, Their C2 platform has an expiremental one which hasnt worked for me yet. I am not a computer guy. I own the website and have been trying to connect this plugin because theirs thirty thousand products and it updates, sends recieves orders and tracking numbers. I was told to upgrade my wordpress website but not that its under a different hosting, I can’t get access to my old account with wordpress. I can’t login to wordpress and access my website. Therefore I can’t upgrade to get the API. But woocommerce has an API and That’s specifically what my suppliers plugin is set up for. It’s set up for Amazon, Ebay, WordPress/woocommerce, and the one I chose was for wordpress/woocommerce. I used the C2 API cunsumer key and secret key, intup the URL WP URL Prefix. Version of WP. Alll of that and it’s not working. The suppliers website is saying ‘Error’. When I try to transfer products.

    Hi there:

We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re unable to access your site’s backend to take a closer look. But I can get you pointed in the right direction.

The good news is that because your host uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform (which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com), help is available at the community forums here:

    https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/

The folks in the open-source forum are more familiar with these issues and are in the best position to help.

I hope this points you in the right direction.
