BlueHost is hosting my website. I have the info
-
BlueHost is hosting my website, I have a receipt to prove it. Now I have to use WordPress but the owner of Building Your Blog was supposed to have helped me with WordPress installation. But I don’t know if WordPress was given my info. When I try to sign in to WordPress they keep telling me I don’t have an account. How do I get from BlueHost to
WordPress. Every step I have to do, a presentation comes on that has their hand out to pay for something I am supposed to need but have no
idea how it all fits in. I am not Stupid but it would be nice if some neutral
Entity could explain what I need to set up a business blog. Once it is explained, I will make my choices. -
Hi @lanapplu,
These forums only provide support for sites hosted on WordPress.com. Nobody here has access to, or control over, your site.
If Bluehost are hosting your site, you should try contacting them for advice.
If you need general help with your self-hosted WordPress site, please try creating a thread on the WordPress.org support forums. You’ll need a free WordPress.org account to post; if you don’t already have one, you can register here.
There are 2 versions of WordPress. You can learn about the differences between WordPress.com and self-hosted (WordPress.org) sites at:
