Bluehost put the blame on your company
-
Bluehost has failed and/or refused to put my website onto the internet and raised silly excuses including putting the blame on your company.
WP.com: Yes
Correct account: Unknown -
I want to put some of the emails exchanged between Bluehost and me here. Please advise how to put the screenshot of the emails here.

Hi there,
I’m sorry to hear that Bluehost hasn’t been able to put your website on the internet. WordPress.com offers fantastic hosting service with both free and paid options. If you’re able to get a refund, it would be a good choice to host your website here!
Here’s a reference on how to create a website with WordPress.com: https://wordpress.com/support/create-a-blog/
It probably isn’t necessary to upload your email exchanges, but for future reference, if you want to post images on this forum, you would need to upload your screenshot somewhere like ImgBB and then get the direct URL, and then write a little bit of HTML in the comment section.
<img src="yourimageurlhere.com">If you do choose to upload screenshots of your email, however, please make sure to cross out any identifying information on an image editor like Paint, so that you don’t end up a target of spam.
I hope this helps!

When I built my website I was asked to use Bluehost to upload my website onto the internet. I would consider move my website to your company if I can keep my domain name and all of the contents of my website after the move.
Please advise. -
Hi there,
I’m not exactly sure how or where you made your website, but here’s a reference with a ton of guides on how to import your existing website into WordPress.com from other platforms: https://wordpress.com/support/import/
I hope this helps provide some clarity!
