Bluehost server constantly down

I have been with bluehost for nearly 10 years, but this past year, I have been extremely disappointed with them. My website has experienced so much downtime, and I am paying for the top tier pro membership. The server is constantly down and my website just doesn’t work. I randomly get errors “error establishing a database connection” or server error, etc.
Honestly, bluehost should reimburse it’s members who are on servers with this much downtime, as I have lost countless thousands of dollars in sales due to it. I am really considering switching hosting providers if this continues.
I’ve tried contacting support through the chat service, and they are not very helpful. Is there any way for a pro member to get in touch with someone higher up on the development chain to resolve these issues?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
