Hi there,
What is the URL for the site you’re referring to?
You must have landed upon open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org).
They’re very similar, but two separate things.

Hi there,
WordPress.com and Bluehost are both hosting providers for the open source WordPress software.
The biggest difference is that we’re a managed host (we take care of your WordPress installation for you, so you can just focus on your site’s design and content), while at Bluehost you’ll be a bit more hands-on with the software and hosting side of things. On WordPress.com we also offer a number of extra features that aren’t built into the WordPress software by default.
The link @amiteshg93 shared above contains some more details.
But you can use either to host a WordPress site. With us you have the site http://thegrimetcommunique.wordpress.com/ on our free plan. If you also created a site at Bluehost, that would be a completely different site that we don’t have any access to.
Let us know if you have more questions about this.
