bluehost, wordpress confusion

  I purchased a host package through Bluehost, which was supposed to include WordPress platform. why is WordPress trying to sell me another plan in addition to?

  I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

  Log out of this account at the host WordPress.com and log into your site at Bluehost. WordPress.com and Bluehost are two different places where sites can be built. If you have already paid Bluehost then that is where you need to be to build a site with the wordpress software.
