Bluehost/WordPress Issue

    I am having issues with using word press in connection with my bluehost and they were downloaded together. I had an error with Jetpack as disconnected from my bluehost. I also do not have the correct URL and I cannot get started on the right foot. The website should be msmediamgmt.com. I am an absolute rooky at this. Please help

    Hi there,

    It’s best if you contacted Bluehost support directly in this case. They control how your site is connected to your domain, and can also help you reset your admin user credentials so you can log into the dashboard.

    Once you’re logged in, you can click on Jetpack in the dashboard menu to reconnect the site to your WordPress.com account, but you need to be in the dashboard first. In other words, that’s not something we’re able to help with from our end.
