Blurred images
-
In my WordPress blog I use a lot of images and I have a pretty massive image library. I include these images in .html templates that I have built in MS-Word to use in my blog.
What I am experiencing is that many images in the templates are now showing up blurred or elongated and must be replaced with new copies. If they cannot be replaced, I need to work around them and eliminate them.
I have had no hint of this problem. I do not know why it started or how to get it stopped. It is possible that a replaced image may again by distorted when I use a repaired template.
Any advice will be appreciated.

Hi there,
I’ve checked your website and found that those images come from a third-party website, not from your WordPress site. Therefore, it’s beyond our scope to assist you with the blurred images.

I appreciate your understanding.
Thank you

I took a closer look at your site and I can see what you mean about the distorted images. Here’s what I was seeing.
This is due to a recent update that’s been affecting how images display on some sites recently. It’s not something you did, and your original images are fine.
We’re working on a permanent fix. In the meantime, I’ve applied a temporary correction to your site that should clear things up. You shouldn’t need to replace or re-upload any images. Here’s how I see the same image from above, after the fix was applied.
Could you take a look and let me know if things are looking better on your end?
